While browsing, my friend briefly looked at a dress and walked away, causing it to sway slightly on the rack—nothing disruptive. However, a young blonde employee near the fitting rooms immediately walked over, abruptly adjusted the dress, and returned to her station while exchanging a smirk with another staff member behind the counter.
Throughout our visit, we felt unwelcomed and closely watched, which made for a very uncomfortable and tense shopping environment. It’s unfortunate, as we were genuinely interested in browsing the collection. I would strongly encourage the store’s management to consider additional training in customer service and professionalism to ensure all customers feel respected and at ease while shopping.
