5 /5 Alysia Perkins: Stopped in to ask about shoes I saw online. The manager was very helpful, and I placed an order for home delivery. When they came in, there were missing stones. I went back to the store, and they offered a refund, but there was no guarantee I could get a reorder since stock was low for my sz 6. We came to a resolution, and I was able to get the stones replaced. These boots are amazing and comfortable. Im so happy with these.

1 /5 Ashley Davey: Went in tonight 8/29 about 6:30 ish I think, both cashiers were rude. They were giving my friend and I dirty looks. I was being rushed the whole time no one really offered help. One cashier came up and offered a fitting room I told her I wasn’t ready she got an attitude. The cashiers made me feel so uncomfortable I left the store crying. I had so much in my hands ready to try it on and check out but the attitude and rushing us and talking about us in store made me put everything back and leave. I’d rather drive the hour to Waco and shop with them because at least they are kind and helpful.

5 /5 Jessica Abbott: I order online, I cant believe I can order things and have them delivered and they fit! I want to say they are overpriced, but when I can wash and wear the items for over 3 years, I feel like I got my moneys worth! Its one of the few places I feel like us rubenesque girls get a good fit and great quality! I LOVE that they have us EMO/GOTH girls in mind with panties, bras and shirts with skulls! Im not really sure why I buy from anywhere else!!

5 /5 Brooke Tait: I am a 26 year old plus size girl who has never known her bra size. I have gone years avoiding getting a good bra that fits due to anxiety around the entire subject. My boyfriend and i went to Target initially to find me a good bra and the sweet worker there told us to go to Torrid in the mall. Already- immediate anxiety. So we get into the store, i walk to the bras and im met with the large and vast selection bras. My sweet boyfriend went to the front to explain my anxiety and situation and the sweet angel named Maria helped us. I have never ever felt more comfortable in a store especially dealing with something that gives me immense anxiety. But from Marias sweet patience with me to talk about my problems and my goals in finding my bra size to the best bras that fit my lifestyle to the FANS IN THE DRESSING ROOMS. Goodness ill definitely be back. Maria left a list of bras i liked during the visit and wrote down my size so i can order online if id like. Maria, sorry for the long overdue review, life stuff came up and you havent left my mind. Thank you for everything you did for me and everything you continue to do. You have changed my perspective completely.

5 /5 Nia Traore: Such a great selection, super helpful employees and affordable prices. I’ve been struggling to find a bra that fits forever. The lady measured me and then helped me find a style that fit my shape and price point. When they didn’t have the color I wanted they ordered it to my house for me w no shipping fee. 10/10 place.
