5 /5 Alyssa Camarillo: beautiful ladies working 9/4 and 9/5 are exceptional. I had a mishap with my online order completely my fault and they were so kind and understanding. fixed it right up and had me on my way in no time. i was initially only going to be purchasing the one thing, but after that experience I’m already shopping online with torrid again. if those ladies see this, thank you SO MUCH for your help. I live 35 min away so your knowledgeable and kind response made everything so smooth for my drive into Denton for the week!

5 /5 M Wallace: I always have a wonderful experience here, and today was no exception. The two ladies that helped us today were so nice! Briasia stood out for me because of how patient and kind she was to my 5-year-old son. For some reason, he was so puzzled about the security tags, how they work, and how you remove them. She showed him how, and he was so tickled to learn something new. In summation: I came for the clothes, I stayed for the PHENOMENAL service!!!

5 /5 Mary Grace: I love this store. They have nice stylish clothes for bigger women. I have gotten really great quality jeans here. They have wide shoes here for people who have a hard time finding shoes that are wide including myself. I found a really beautiful dress today while at the store and I got it. I recommend this place to the ladies who have tried going other places and have had no luck finding things that fit you and your style. Things are on the pricy side in my opinion but they have good deals at times.

To all the women working on 10/15, around 5 pm, you were so much fun to listen to, so helpful, knowledgeable, overall great shopping experience! All the associates were very friendly, store is super clean, changing room is plenty big. Will definitely shop here again.

5 /5 Kaleigh Cunningham: It’s always been hard to find cute clothes that actually fit in store when you’re plus size but I am always able to find something I LOVE at Torrid. On top of that their staff is incredible. I went into this location last week rushing to find something to wear to a wedding. It was getting close to their closing time but they were still so kind and helpful. They sanitized a changing room for me and didn’t try and rush me to make a selection. Their prices aren’t super cheap but the clothes are very high quality and they are always running some kind of sale.
