5 /5 Ted Okoroji: This is the DSW your looking for, it just moved here. The store lights are very bright. You will be able to see everything as you try on shoes. You will also see just how clean the store is. Staff are young and they wont exactly jump for the chance to assist you even if you are the only person in the store. But they are quick with a smile and will stop what they are doing to assist.

5 /5 Claire Croshaw: Emma was the best! Went there to get ideas for wedding shoes and she was genuinely excited to help me! She told me her honest opinion an also convinced me to go with a nude look. 10/10 for fashion sense and enthusiasm! LOVE HER!

1 /5 Sierra Moos: The girl at the register named E. Luna was absolutely terrible. I went in to exchange a pair of shoes I had bought becuase I received them in the mail with stains on them. It said they had the pair I wanted in stock. It took them 30 minutes to look for them and then just tell me they probably don’t have them. I then went up to the register to have her order them for me as an exchange never once did I say refund and after it took her about 30 more minutes to try to figure out how to work a computer I said you can just give me a gift card. She said well I refunded it to your card. First off once again I never said refund. I wanted an exchange and two why the hell do you think I was still standing there then? So that you can order me shoes that I am obviously way more capable of ordering than you??? Terrible customer service and I would highly recommend everyone to go to the surrounding DSW stores in the area.

1 /5 Juan Nino: Prices and selections are great, customer service not so much. The two customers in front of me were treated very good, prices were checked and coupons were given to them. When it was my turn, sticker prices werent honored or checked despite being in clearance, the cashier didnt offered me any coupons and I was charged full price for clearance items. I checked my receipt and another cashier corrected the mistake. It happens the customers in front of me were white the cashier was white and Im Hispanic, coincidence??? I advice to any minorities to check the prices at this location all the times.

5 /5 Kate Sansom: I found three perfect pairs of shoes, which was more than I thought I would find. The total would’ve been $178, but fortunately there was a coupon on the website and my mom had a $5 coupon, making the total ~$150. And after I bought everything using my mom’s coupon and phone number, it then gave her a $10 coupon! Worked out perfectly.
