5 /5 norma herrera: Awesome customer service!!! Angelica was such a sweetheart and so helpful...after searching for a Vans jacket for days, I finally found 1 I liked BUT they didnt have my size. Angelica went online and searched for it till she found it!!!! So blessed it was her that helped me out, she made it happen. Thx again Angelica!!!

1 /5 Mike Hudson: Brought an item from there warehouse sale that didnt work. When I called to complain they said they could do nothing because they had partnered with an outside company. I cannot believe they can get away selling items that dont work and then say it was a final sale. I feel completely ripped off and will not buy from this company who feels its acceptable to treat their customers in this fashion. Would give zero stars if I could.

1 /5 alex Christopher: This store and its employees are trash. I bought a pair of shoes that I really liked but realized after wearing them for a bit they were incredibly hot and uncomfortable. I took them back the next day to return them and it took three employees to decide they wouldnt give me a refund. I will never return to this or any other zumiez
