5 /5 lucycool2: The store is always a hit or miss just like any store when it comes to fashion. Things do tend to go a lot quicker so you do have to act quickly if you see something you like that they post. I have never had any problems with their clothing, I buy things from them whenever I come visit Laredo and it’s lasted me years. They have from fashion jewelry to fine jewelry, which is all great as well. As for the customer service they’ve always treated me very well and are very attentive so no complaints on my part. I’ll definitely keep shopping here as I have for the past few years now.

5 /5 zoe z: I see all these reviews about people being treated horribly but to be honest, I have never been treated like that or been given looks and I go there looking trashy very often..I would say the jewelry and clothing is very unique and 100% worth the visit! Everything is so unique and I always find exactly what I am looking for . 10/10 recommend you visit

1 /5 Mia Rosas: Worst customer service ever. Went in for a shirt and as soon as I walked in the lady’s at the front gave me awful looks. The shirt was adorable but not worth going into the store to get scolded at. When paying I wasn’t even handed my items they just scooted it my direction like I was beneath them. Would recommend if you like to feeling judged the whole time you are shopping :)

1 /5 Yadira Garcia: Customer Service is horrible! Once you walk in the door they look at you up and down and I guess decide whether you look wealthy enough to help. When we asked for help they didn’t even acknowledge us and honestly if we didn’t have the money to shop we wouldn’t be there in the first place! Taking our money elsewhere!
