2 /5 Ms. Caramel Sky: I decided to shop at the Ross on Villa Maria. I found a few great deals. There was only one cashier working on a Saturday. I patiently waited for the nice male cashier who was working hard and assisting a family at checkout. I noticed two young ladies standing behind the counter chit chatting and giggling. One of the young ladies was squatting down behind the counter hiding. I stood in line for quite some time. Once the checkout line began to grow longer she finally decided to stand up and offer assistance. I placed my items on the counter. Then the young lady had the audacity to ask "Would you mind removing all of the hangers because it would make things go faster?" This is the same young lady that hid behind the counter and waited until the line became long to assist me. I kindly let her know that I am in no hurry. I noticed none of the other customers were asked to work while they were at check out. Management please discuss proper customer service skills with your employees.
