1 /5 Tylen Howard: The owner of this company is running a harassment campaign on a small business located 1600 miles away due to a similar business name. I would never, ever give my money to someone who operates that way. Just a nasty attitude to have toward someone that was never a problem to begin with.

1 /5 Melanie Clontz: I am not usually one to leave a bad review but I ordered my husband a pair of shoes a year ago and still haven’t received them. After reaching out to an admin I was removed from the group. Don’t waste your time or money here. Unfortunately I can not reply to your answer. Do you know what method you submitted the return? The original payment method was a bank account that has been closed for months and nothing has been received by mail. I stand by my review with a receipt and pictures of messages. I hope get this issue resolved.

2 /5 christie huff: I hate leaving a low star review but...let me start with I really like the place and will prob go back but I will not be buying any more shoes from there. I understand no receipt no refund but I bought a pair of shoes and they fit great until the next time I wore them as soon as I put them on they started ripping at the seams. Im super sad. Long story short I went to see if they could do anything and they couldnt. Not even a trade. They remember me buying them so they know it was a couple of days before Christmas. I thought they would be a bit apologetic about they shoes but they really werent. They said they were sorry they couldnt do anything for me but what about sorry our shoes kinda crapped on you. Lol. Just a little disappointed. REPLY You definitely need to check your records again and not call me a liar. I purchased more then the shoes so why would i buy the shoes somewhere else and lie.. I didnt say the staff was rude they werent but you are. I was not rude at all and thanked them. They remember me but dont. I didnt expect a refund like I stated is there anything yall can do? But then you come on and say you didnt sell any in Dec is false. I was told about this store by a friend of yalls so I hate that this has happened but I even told and showed him the shoes. Im sure at some point I will buy from there again but not the broke down shoes you sell. My bad it was December 14th. I guess thats more then a few days before Christmas. Im not mad at all. Annoyed yes. Gave my review yes. Got told I didnt buy them from there frustrated. Let me also correct myself I didnt mean to put they knew I bought the shoes they knew I bought stuff. I stated the store was great and I will shop there again just not for shoes. Even then I will pay with a card and take a picture of the receipts and make sure I keep the box. Even after I wear them a couple of times. I know you have had your stuff being sold before the store and out of your house and I know you have people steal from your store but I most definitely bought and paid for the shoes in your store. I keep replying because people read the reviews and Im not going to sound crazy from your responses and not reply. Thank you for putting a nice place on the west side for us to enjoy. Good luck

5 /5 Sheri Carter: I have been a customer before they had a store front. She has a great selection of any and everything you could want. I now work at the store and also have my own business and as hard as you try you just can’t please everyone. As far as the a return there is no way you could go to Dillard’s and exchange,return,refund ANYTHING without a receipt.
