1 /5 Janae Sherman: Didn’t give me a receipt. Needed to return items and then said they couldn’t do it without the receipt. Next thing you know a black lady in the back who is not the lady I was speaking to is talking about I called the wrong store when I didn’t and the lady on the phone said they could try and pull up the receipt. Will be disputing this with my bank not making any sense why I can’t be helped when I was never given a receipt in the first place I won’t be back.

1 /5 Local: Inconvenient Fitting Room Policy It’s really frustrating that you can’t try clothes on in the store. You have to buy them first, take them home, try them on, and then come back to return what doesn’t fit. That’s a huge inconvenience it just turns into wasted money, time and extra trips. It would make a big difference if fitting rooms were available like they are in most clothing stores. I really don’t understand why fitting rooms aren’t available when that’s a basic expectation for clothing stores. No one wants to waste time or gas going back and forth just to maybe find something that fits. Please consider updating your policies and honoring your posted hours

1 /5 Dani Dani: Yesterday I returned to take back bracelets that didn’t fit. I didn’t know that those sales are final. I’m an understanding person but the lady behind the counter was rude when explaining that jewelry sales are final and said ok bye and have a good day. It made me feel like I wasn’t welcome in the store. Shopping in rainbow is a fun pastime . I feel that there should be a training for customer service.

3 /5 Girl Bye: I love Rainbows! Nice clothes & accessories for decent prices. But, customer service isnt the best. I came in for a return with the tag and receipt, and the manager didnt want to accept the return because it had a deodorant stain on it from me trying it on. But the in-store fitting rooms are closed and you only have a seven day turn around for an exchange or refund. Also, no returns or exchange for leotards. This is the only store still operating with 2020 pandemic rules and polices!

4 /5 Call Me Blac Phoenix: Store was good on style collections, kinda over filled where one rack was so stuffed I could barely get in between the hangers.The ladies that were at the register were not very good on customer service. One was on the phone having a personal conversation while people were waiting to be checked out. The other lady didnt speak to any of the customers besides saying ( next) and kept talking to her coworker in spanish, when my total came up she just looked at me and I had to look on the keypad for the total and pay what I saw. I dont feel she was being rude she simply doesnt really speak English only Spanish. (*This is not a attack on Hispanic language or Spaniard decent if your a sensitive person!) But my opinion if your going to work in a place like that you have to know English because of the customer base.
