5 /5 Destiny: I ❤️ Pacsun, especially the outlet store bc they have the best deals and looks. They are doing a Labor Day sale this weekend where you can buy one get one free at the outlet store and for some you can even buy one get two free so yall better go check it out before the sale ends❤️ also they have great customer service.

1 /5 Jared Day: Came to do a quick return and there was a hand written sign saying they will be back soon. Not timeline. Very unprofessional. When I called the girl said she was alone and on break. She reluctantly came out to do the return. She said that the machine was not giving her the option to do a cash return and she had to give me in store credit. When I said that was not acceptable she said it was her first time closing and to just come back another day. Waste of a 30 minute drive.

1 /5 Samantha Jones: The gentleman in management along with everyone that “helped” me in store where NO help at all, tried buying a $150 jacket and they rang me up for $220 stating that tax was $17 and there’s nothing they can do about it, completely incompetent and couldn’t answer a single question I had. They have no clue how to price match or what deals they even have going on. I called corporate and let them know and was left on hold 3 times before being told I could price match online by sending them a receipt?? This system is so stupid and makes no sense they truly must not want to sell things at all.

1 /5 Carly Wolosyn: The manager & his supervisor refused to accept a return from an order I made online where 4 items were either incorrect, missing, or ripped on arrival. Claimed it was past the time of return despite the Pacsun website stating an extended return period for holiday purchases. Told me “I understand that’s what it says online but we don’t do that” alrighty lol. On the other hand, Cedar Park Pacsun in the Lakeline mall was an absolute delight & accepted my return with no issues!
