5 /5 Rad: Very nice store with an exceptional lay out. Plenty of space to move around and not bump into other shoppers. Nice amount of clothing with great prices as well. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

3 /5 Darby Jackson: Our experience at this old navy location was okay. 2/5 service - 3 cashiers were at the register and we were 3rd in line and waited 10+ minutes 5/5 selection - the store was well stocked 5/5 affordability - everything was reasonably priced and they were running great sales 4/5 cleanliness and organization

1 /5 Tonny Nyasinga: I don’t usually hit that low but a manager refused to take back a jeans I bought last week saying they don’t take back washed jeans. I always clean my new clothes before I put them on. I don’t know where they just came from? Anyway I will be rescinding my membership and I guess it’s time to shop somewhere else. That was a little racially motivated. I didn’t want to embarrass you by telling you to trash it but I still went ahead and bought more stuff. Some of us are black and loaded, just a little respect on how you handle your customers across board would make a difference. Will be calling cooperate on Monday and canceling everything.
