4 /5 Paul Delacruz: November 2025 I enjoy walking into Neiman Marcus feeling like a man of wealth where the store has always maintained a luxury status and keeps the place very clean. Sometimes during the year I find something special but love coming here for the holidays where load up on gifts. Their holiday items are top notch and high quality. You do see many items return every year but the chocolate chip cookies are the bomb. The service here is excellent and eve though many are afraid to enter the store you can still find some affordable deals. One complaint when it opened was that it felt too small and no café, but seems to work well.

5 /5 Carrie Yates: I have shopped at many NM across the country and this is by far the best. Hannah M is my personal shopper. She has the most amazing taste. Spends tons of time finding the missing pieces that I need. A simple call to her turns into day where you are treated like royalty. My dressing room is prepped with amazing pieces, tasty treats are waiting and my spa appointment is booked. She goes above and beyond. When I had to buy Christmas gifts for a new member of my team who was much younger I turned to Hannah. She picked amazing items that were a big hit.

1 /5 JANET Morrison: As many of you may have heard, Neiman Marcus’ parent company has been preparing for difficult times ahead. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Neiman Marcus at The Domain in Austin reflects a concerning decline in standards. I purchased a Chopard watch that was accompanied by a compromised certificate of authenticity. The documentation indicates a prior date of sale, suggesting the watch had been sold previously. Rather than providing original, accurate documentation, it appears a certificate from another watch was reused and altered. This is a significant issue. For a high-end luxury timepiece, documentation, provenance, and chain of custody matter—particularly for insurance, servicing, resale, and brand verification. Mismatched or altered paperwork undermines the integrity, provenance, and long-term value of the purchase and creates unnecessary risk for the buyer. I requested a reasonable resolution given the circumstances. To date, Neiman Marcus Domain has been unhelpful, and I have been attempting to resolve this matter since December 3rd. The process has been exhausting and deeply disappointing. My caution to others is simple and sincere: if you are purchasing a high-end watch, buyer beware. Consider buying directly from the brand or an authorized boutique where provenance, documentation, and authenticity are beyond question. I am stunned by this situation for such a high value watch. In fact, Neiman’s should be ashamed as this incident wreaks of a purposeful intent to deceive me as a customer. Hmmm! Some may even consider this consumer fraud. The certificate they gave me didn’t match and serial number for any watch that was in their store and they did not willingly admit it to me! As I write this, I am still navigating this situation. Customer service simply sends me back to the store or incorrect telephone numbers. What should have been a celebratory luxury purchase has instead become a months-long ordeal. This is NOT the Neiman Marcus of the past. Look at the serial number on the paperwork and then look at the serial number of the watch. I went in to find out what happened and another salesperson showed me that the certificate that matched my watch had been compromised. Meaning that certificate had a previous sale date on it and Neiman Marcus staff at the Domain did not share that this watch had been sold.

1 /5 Ellie P: I booked a personal shopping appointment here and the experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. To begin with, making the appointment was unnecessarily difficult. The online phone number was ineffective. I called multiple different numbers, was redirected several times, and no one ever followed through on booking the appointment. I ultimately had to go into the physical store to schedule it in person for the following week. During booking, the stylist repeatedly got my name wrong and I had to correct her multiple times. To prep for the appointment, I shared a mood board for the event, details about the attire my family would be wearing, and my sizing. Every single one of the dresses pulled were significantly too large, including sizes well beyond what I communicated (some 5 whole sizes bigger), and majority if not all selections were completely inappropriate for the event and season. But what really did it in for me was the lack of presence. After initially being brought to the fitting room, the personal shopper disappeared and did not return. I expected her to stay for at least a few minutes so I could request a pair of heels to try on and get her initial feedback, so I stepped out to find assistance with a dress on (barefoot and without my phone) and accidentally locked myself out of the fitting room. I was left waiting outside for over 15 minutes, running around asking multiple staff members for help, before someone finally let me back in. The stylist called me on the phone a little while later to say she was preoccupied with another customer, but never showed up. Since every single dress was too large, I was not going to wait forever, and none of the options were my style, I left. This was meant to be a curated, supportive experience, and instead it was disorganized and inconsiderate.
