4 /5 Malavika Kale: Primarily, the 4/5 is for reformation clothing quality in general - for the materials and country of make, the clothes are extremely over priced and yet they are at least better quality than what most retail stores have on offer.
My first time in a Reformation store. The display is different than most stores, with racks of 0-4 size clothing displaying some of the hundreds of items online, in seemingly no apparent groupings. Did not feel very inclusive in terms of sizing on display. Also may leave you feeling left out in terms of the crowd that shops here, if you are not used to spending hundreds pf dollars on singular items.
The particular dress I was looking for was only available in the color white, so I was able to try it on for sizing. I was helped by two of the staff in a polite but slightly laid-back/confused manner. I waited around several minutes after asking to try on a specific dress, only to be told by a different staff that a dressing room was ready for me.
The dressing room concept is kind of cool, with s two way wardrobe inside the room, which is how you access the items/sizes you wish you try on. Ask for a different size and voila, it shall appear in the changing room closet momentarily.
Did not purchase the dress since it was not available in my color of choice, but its super easy to order online from the website.
