5 /5 Hayley Villa: I absolutely loved this store and the wonderful women who work there. This was my first time shopping there and it was a great experience. I did not feel judged for being plus size. I will definitely shop here more. Beautiful plus size clothes

1 /5 Aneva Bay: Nice clothes at a decent price..HOWEVER! The workers they have right now are trash. I went in 3 weeks ago and bought jeans and asked for a belt. They said "we will order it and it will be in this week!"... I went in 1 week later and asked for it. After at least 30 minutes of them searching for it(and telling me off for not calling ahead..???) They told me okay we dont have it yet. I have gone in multiple times trying to get this belt that I had paid for when I ordered it. They never have the belt and I am always treated hostily. I will be getting this belt squared away and then never going back again!

5 /5 Lauren Young: I was at the Waco location today and I had a wonderful lady named Sam that helped me. I had just left the mall in tears from not being able to find anything that fit me correctly and decided to try this store. I walked in and she can to me and asked if she could help, I told her what was going on and what I was looking for and she went above and beyond to help me. She basically did the shopping for me, I found a few tops I like, but all I had to do was try them on and everything fit perfectly! She was a God-send today for me. I wanted to give her a hug but wasn’t sure if that was appropriate or not, but I was so thankful for her

3 /5 Lisa M.: I love their clothes, but was disappointed that you only have a 30 minute window to cancel an online order. Even if the order has not been processed yet and your money hasnt been pulled. The customer service rep however, was very nice when I called and suggested that I returned either through the mail once I get the items, or in-store.
