1 /5 ELIZABETH ROSA: I noticed some discounted christmas candy and the girl in the register refused to sell it even though the chocolate packaging had christmas decor and were in the christmas stand. It felt really discriminatory. I recommend taking pics and asking for a team lead. So sad this happened during the holidays.

1 /5 Erin J: They have a good selection of items in the store and I had no issues shopping there. The customer service however, specifically at the register was very poor. There were about five people huddled together just chatting and joking and not helping customers when the line was very long. I was also thoroughly disgusted with the condition of the bathroom. As soon as I walked in there were towels and water all over the floor and it looked like the bathroom had been neglected for a while. When I walked into the stall there was used toilet paper on the floor with stains on it. Very disgusting. Pictures attached.

1 /5 Jessica: This place is always empty in the dish area and the purse area so many people shop Here and they dont seem to keep up yet you go to other stores and they are full this place is a disappointment Waco needs to put more shopping stores They are soo slow to put out merchandise I heard that there’s only one guy in the back that opens boxes. The manager does not approve hours for these people to bring out more merchandise. Waco u suck u need to do better Same goes for Homegoods another disappointment and Ross
