1 /5 Lorraine Esparza: I won’t lie. The clothes is cute although the owner has very little customer service skills. I bought my son an outfit that does not fit him. Was never told all sales are final and cannot get a clear explanation as to what the return policy is. I was simply told for her to come in so she can see the outfit. Horrible way to treat a libertine customer!

1 /5 W-ski Casting: This store has that CHEAPLY MADE STUFF that you buy over the border and bring back here to make the "BANG BUCK", but my wife and I were in need of a dress for a "RED CARPET" event, and were on a timely manner to get something bUt yet affordable. UPON entering the store, my wife brought her pair of crocks with her so that she change into them and we could walk the rest of the town. These were in a plastic bag, and the older lady, the owner, asked her to put her bag aside and get it after she shopped. We got a dress after the lady told me that my wife wouldnt fit into a small and would have to go bigger. It wasnt the story, my wife got into the small. My wife was happy on the purchase of the dress, that she forgot her crocks. After down the road, it realized to my wife we forgot them, but we couldnt turn around. We called the store and spoke to the owner, and she said she would put the aside for us. We had a friend go over to pick them up, and he was told she didnt have them. Bluntly just stole my wifes shoes. Upon calling her just now, she states she remembers us, but dont have the shoes. VERY RUDE!!! DISCUSTING!!! So not give these people your money! Very Rude! Thieves! Karma will come back on them, and I highly suggest that if they steal from us like this, whats stopping us on walking back into their store and take, and compensate, you yourselves on what you are owed. Not saying take more, but do make it right and then walk away...

1 /5 Manny Gamez: Never seen a more unprofessional place in my life. In these moments is when I wish the 0 star button would exist. The people here need to get their stuff together. First to start off, the lady emphasizes "do not call me, Ill call you" yet we waited for almost a whole month for a call that never arrived. When you call the shop after a whole month the lady gets mad for calling. Second, the first time we payed for the dress they perfectly took our card. The second time we arrived to finish paying for it they stated "we do not take cards at all it is strictly cash". Third, the lady said we needed a "page number" for us to pick up the dress yet we where only provided with a receipt of purchase. The owner of this place needs to make up their mind on what is going on with this establishment and I seriously advise to stay away. Shopping for bridesmaids and dresses SHOULDNT be like this. 100% get better customer service at McDonalds than this place. EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

1 /5 Ronald Chacon: Horrible customer service! All they care about is making a sale and do not take care of their customers! We went there looking for an item and the owner was arguing with us saying that the size should be a large, when we need an extra large. We told her the item would not fit but she kept on insisting that it was a large it made us feel really dumb. We went there the next day to tell her it didn’t fit, and that she gave us the wrong advice saying that it would fit, but she said no refunds and then lied saying that she had never told us that she recommended that size. I told her that is not the way to treat customers. She then ignored us and didn’t acknowledge us in the store. I learned as a business owner if you treat your customers with kindness, honesty and that they are always valued, then you will have many customers and a successful business. But if you lie to customers, treat them badly, and make them feel unwelcomed, then your business is short lived. With business practices like M&M Fashions, I don’t see them remaining in business very long.
