3 /5 Ana Laura Wiley: I had previously ordered from A T-Shirt Co and had a good experience so I went in to order again. First off, the lady in the front was busy so she did not come help until after I told her I was ready, I dont know what she was doing but I believe that if you have a store front, customers should be your priority.
I told her I live in the westside so I was looking at the possibility to see if they could ship to me, to which she said they deliver all the way through Las Cruces on Tuesdays. Tuesday comes around and no call to confirm we were meeting. I waited thinking maybe they were delayed but nothing.
I call the next day to ask about my order, the guy who answered was plain rude. He started off with, "NO, I do the deliveries," which I thought, misscommunication, understandable. He looks up my name and said it was on there that I was meeting with him but no one told him. He then proceeds to tell me he could meet with me til Friday.
In no way do I feel entittled BUT if you screwed up and didnt meet me because your co-worker didnt tell you, you need to make the effort to meet me as soon as possible. That is how good customer service works! Going the extra mile if needed. I was trying to support local but you make it hard with your rudeness. Practice your customer service voice and vocabulary.
Btw the shirts were super reduced in size, thanks for the heads up to size up (a business knows their product)
