5 /5 Bernice Orona: This weekend I needed a dress for my daughter. I went to Macys and had a great experience in the childrens clothing department. A young woman named Thalia helped me. I was a little nervous to ask for help because they never speak Spanish in the stores when I go and having my mother with me who only speaks Spanish , she likes to ask questions too. It was a pleasure during my shopping trip to find out that she spoke Spanish; she was very pretty and kind. She helped me find what I needed. I left very satisfied, thank goodness my mother was able to communicate with her in Spanish. Ill be back again! I loved my experience.

1 /5 Michele Harris: I felt like I was in a 3rd world country, no one would help us. They said they had sales going on in an add and they didnt. We had items to buy but put back because we couldnt find a person to ring us up. Im not the only person that has said this, Im from san antonio. I hope your store gets better. The Macy in san antonio have friendly people and always ready to help. Im so sorry for this review, because I love Macys.

Macys is a store with great selections and so many options of everything I felt right at home with the customer service, The customer service Reps were sweet welcoming asked if I need any help in every section I went into, I loved the selections so much I plan to take my Daughter there shopping

5 /5 Yves Marchand: This is the second time we have visited this store in so many years. This time, we found it bright, clean, well organized and personnel were relatively easy to find for help The personnel were polite, helpful and not overbearing, letting us browse until we needed them. There were some pretty good bargains to be had on the first floor "backstage" section. Found some quality footwear and underwear there at a good price. Found other bargains on the second floor mens department and some housewares on clearance on the third. Checkout was quick with no waiting. As Canadians, we qualified for a further 10% "international shops" discount by asking for it. It was a good shopping trip and I would definitely return in the future.
