1 /5 jorgie m: They left me hanging. I asked them if they were able to do a job, explained exactly what I needed and they agreed, he even said it was simple. I asked how long it would take, didn’t rush he set the time line. I show up a day after they were supposed to be ready and I’m told that he had been busy and didn’t get to it. Then blames the difficulty of the job, if it was too much work he should have said no from the beginning. If it was too rushed he should have told me a realistic time line. I under stand that people get busy and things happen. But at the end him trying to make it seem like my order is unrealistic after they agreed to take on the work is unacceptable and not good customer service. Very disappointed in this other wise cool establishment
