5 /5 Kaitley Cowan: Nice store. They always have a great clearance section. The employees are so sweet and helpful, and willing to do anything for you. Its in a good location and there is always plenty of parking close by the entrance.

1 /5 Deana Kayworth: Beautiful dress, but way way too big on me and not “refundable”! And not easily altered do the construction of the dress… I specifically picked this one over the same dress in another site, because it said it was returnable. Well, it is exchangeable, but NOT refundable! Be careful. They are tricky!! I could have ordered the same dress cheaper, but chose Dress Outlet because it said I could return it! Oops, profit making is more important then costumer service or satisfaction! I don spend this kind of $ on dresses. ever, so I’m just out $700! Read the fine print. Only two brands are refundable, and mine wasn’t one of them!

She took the time to help me pick out multiple outfits and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. There were so many great deals on clothes, and I was impressed by all the options for stylish, professional work attire. Natalie’s customer service was outstanding! She was friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. I really appreciated her style advice and positive energy. Highly recommend!

1 /5 Laura E: I was short on time and really needed an outfit for a party that same evening. No one said hello when I entered the store even though there were 3 employees and only 1 other customer in the store. 35 minutes later, no one has asked if I need help but I have 9 items to try on and ask for a dressing room. The clerk said no, they only have 3 people working and cant allow anyone to use the dressing room unless they have 4. What?? Theres only 2 customers in your store. I said, can you please count my items and let me try them on? She said no. I really need an outfit so I say, okay, I guess Ill buy them and just return what I dont like. Thats when she tells me there are no returns. I go to hand them to her and she said You dont want any of them? Um, no, I dont want to buy clothes that I cant try on AND cant return. It would have been really super customer service if you could have told me these things when I entered your store so I didnt waste my time. Never again.

5 /5 Gracie Wood Shepherd: I didnt have the experience the other reviewers have had. I have been a handful of times and the workers always greet me and offer to help. Once or twice their computers have been down or having issues so the checkout took a little long, but nothing too terrible! And I have always been there when its been clean and the displays looked nice.
