We were greeted and she was so helpful till the end! Ended up finding my daughter’s dress for her bday party! Worth the drive! Keep up the great service! 5 /5 Rocky Gutierrez: I was rushing to find my step daughter a prom dress when I came to Cosa Bella let me tell you as soon as I walked in she was about to close the door but she was so nice she helped me anyways she knew I was having anxiety because I had not found a dress, until she looked at my step daughter and told her to go try on dress she loved it from the start ! I’m so glad we came here she was amazing she knew exactly what she was doing! My step daughter loved her dress! Thank you so much for making her feel beautiful and confident!

The sales lady even opened the curtain on her, didnt let her look for herself and encouraged her to go with a dress showing her underwear, suggesting to wear underwear to match the dress. Shes 17, how is this okay???! Dont even let me get started on the body shaming. Worse experience!

1 /5 Sarah Kelly: I went in looking for a ball gown for a debutant ball for my 17 year old autistic daughter but was told where the curvy section was before I was able to speak on what I was looking for. I looked past the offense because I am in fact THICK, and showed this “lady” via my phone what I was looking for… she responded with “what’s your budget”. She’s fortunate that I am trying to get right with Lord or I would’ve mopped her floor with her Botox filled face. She has no manners and poor customer service, never judge a book by its cover.
