1 /5 Emma Miller: Not sure if the workers there know what they’re doing. Went today, 1/4/26 at 4:40pm to try and return a sweater i got for Christmas that was too big, it was an online order originally so I did what I needed to on the app and got my QR code for them to scan and everything, walked in and they said they couldn’t return it because I didn’t have the tags for the sweater, even though I had the receipt/ proof of purchase on my app and all. So they turned me away and I didn’t get to do the return. I KNOW that this isn’t a rule because I was a keyholder at a different hollister just a couple months ago. To fact check myself I even looked it up and it says they are wrong. The girls were unprofessional and rude and the first girl didn’t even know how to do a return and had to ask for help. Seems as if they need better training.
