1 /5 Joseph Dandridge: I was told if my clothes rip I could come back and exchange them. Pants ripped in 6 months, I take them back to exchange them for new ones, but I guess there was some fine print in their verbal agreement, and they did not offer me that exchange. Even though my pants came apart at the seem. If you like being lied to into purchasing cheap quality clothes, this is the place for you!!

2 /5 Leonard: I like the product they offer. Good quality. You probably want to get a coupon first because I think the price factored the potential discounts in. Maybe this is common in west Texas, but one of the stuff there absolutely ignored me, and was not in the mood of helping customer what so ever. It was kinda late, but this is still beyond acceptable at a retail location. The checkout staff were friendly. Good experience otherwise.

4 /5 Bobbie Sorensen: First time to be a Duluth Store. New to Lubbock, Texas. Employees greeted us at door. Each one super friendly. Everyone is so eager to help you find something. Store is new so super clean and smells good. Everything is merchandised neatly and accordingly. Variety of items from shorts, shirts, vests, hats, shoes, cups to underwear. Didn’t have size on rack. Employee went to back to look. Didn’t have shorts but offered to order and ship anywhere for free. Suggested other items as well. Other items like hand lotions, bar soaps to dog items. Clothing has a guarantee.

1 /5 Cory Traves: My mom ordered the wrong size jeans and so I went in to exchange them for the correct size. Waited at the counter for a while, watched a female employee tear down a display and not other employees in the store that I could see. No acknowledgement, nor help at all. Ive shopped other locations and never got treated or ignored like this before. Must be this location is all I can think. Crazy. Ill try to exchange when I find another location.

5 /5 Katrina Smith: I love this place! They have quality, long lasting items and the staff is awesome. They make an effort to design clothing that is comfortable for any type of activity- shirts that cool and breathe and pants with room in between the legs for bending and squatting.
