1 /5 Lisa Ramirez: My experience with Loolahs Boutique has been THE worst retail experience Ive ever had in my entire life. I purchased a top and received the wrong size not once, but twice. I was told that I would get a refund after I received the wrong size the second time and kept getting excuses every time I would check in regarding my refund. First, the owner said her Venmo was frozen, then I was told that her CPA would handle it. Days later, I was told "Venmo was down" which in my case, I could access my account just fine. A few days after that, I was told that it would be deposited into my account within three days.... three days later, it was not there. I contacted the owner again, asking for an update and she told me that it was sent on Venmo but was "on hold." Nearly 4 weeks passed, and I finally received my refund. I will never be shopping here again.
