1 /5 Marcie Austin: Poor customer service. Is it too hard to ask for someone to put their phone down and OFFER help? We had to hunt down an associate, who was on her phone just standing in the back of the store. Horrible.

1 /5 Roxanne Mclarry: Customer service was none existing When we visited the cleburne store, here were 2 employees that barely acknowledged us, they were busy on their phones and chatting, they were more into their conversation than taking care of us. There was no sense of urgency to help get our shoes. We had to ask them for everything, not once did either of them ask what we needed help with or shoe size. Then, about 8 more customers walked in, and one employee stated, "She was ready to go," as she looked at them walking in. While standing at the register to pay, both employees nowhere around, about 5 minutes later they both come out of the back room like they were just waiting because neither one of them had shoes or went to a customer to say that they couldnt find their shoes, so they were clearly not looking for a product. One of the employees just came straight to the register to check me out, so I know she was not helping a customer. Ive been in customer service for over twenty-five years, and that was the worst service ive ever had.

1 /5 Ron Smith: We bout 4 pair of sweat pants for our son. All of which were in the big and tall section. He try’s them on and 3 of them are shorter than the other. So we go back to exchange them for the tall sizes the next day. We take back 3 and only get to exchange out 2 of them for the right size and the lady tells my wife we owe the store money…. How does that work??? We take back 3 and get 2 all at the same price but we owed money! We even asked the lady and she says well you got them on the 15% discount but she couldn’t apply it to the exchange. Needless to say, we prob won’t shop there again because of that alone!

1 /5 Mimi Boone: My husband and I went to Hibbet looking for a pair of Metcon Nikes today and got absolutely no help. I was really shocked at how unprofessional the staff members at this location was. When we walked in, there was a young lady and a young man sitting behind the counter on their cellphones. We walked over to the womens shoes and started looking for the shoes I was looking for. The two sales workers never greated us or came over to help us. After about 5 or 6 minute I walk over to try and get their attention to let them know I need help. They were so busy in their phones they didnt even notice me. So I then said " excuse me, Could we get some help?" So the young lady got up came over and I tryed asking her about the shoes I was looking for and she said she didnt know what the were and didnt know if the had them. (As if she had No knowledge of shoes period or just didnt feel like helping us.) At this point I had no more patience. I told my husband to take me to ShoeDepot. She acted like she could care less if they made a sale or not. So gave them what they wanted "No Sale" I ask for the managers name and corporate number. The young man pointed to a card on the counter never putting his phone down the whole time. I grabbed the card and left. It was terrible customer service and it was a horrible experience. I was extremely disappointed with the service I didnt receive.
