1 /5 Angel Nicole: Absolutely horrible! Googled the hours and stated it closed at 7pm for NYE. Get there at 6:30pm and the door was locked! Sign in door also says 7pm. Me and 4 other people wanted in and they wouldn’t. When someone came out, I went and asked the door was locked and she (Asian lady..idk) stated they closed at 6pm with the damn mall. However you can CLEARLY see sign on door says 7pm. I was livid. No updated sign or ! I asked about New Year’s Day…. And she stated they will be closing at 6pm too. PUT ACCURATE INFORMATION ON YOUR DOOR!

But they so busy watching camera their customer service sucks!!! Simple she could have help for a split moment.. Never coming back.. Wait super long... 5 10 15 mins fine 23... Bad bad

5 /5 K: This location at LA GRANDE PLAZA is the best. Always a huge selection and the older lady who works the register most of the time is SUPER SWEET. She needs to go to the arlington location and teach those RUDE HOODRAT girls over there how to give good customer service.

2 /5 Steve S: Ive never seen a location shut its. Doors during Peak business hours for inventory. It was very inconvenient. And in my opinion done solely for the convenience of the employees. . I drove to another location. And received excellent service. And well probably not visit this location again. . What a missed opportunity
