5 /5 Debbie Johnson: Traveling through the area and stumbled upon this amazing western store! It’s the real deal! Met the owner, Chick Elms, and was so impressed by his considerable knowledge about cowboy hats! He helped me find exactly what my son wanted, and it was within my budget. He carries all the brands and styles that local cowboys and wranglers need and want from work hats to special occasion hats. In addition to hats, he has just about every article of clothing and gear you could ever need. The staff out front are friendly and knowledgeable too. Will definitely go back next time we are in town.

1 /5 Debbie Queen: I’m writing this on behalf of a friend who has been a long-time customer at Grand Entry in Stephenville and spends a significant amount of money there. She recently went in to return an outfit and was told they “weren’t doing returns today or tomorrow.” No one could give her a date when returns would actually be accepted, and there was no sign or notice in the store about this policy. What’s worse is the way she was treated — the blonde girl with a ponytail at the counter was rude, stood with her arms folded, and offered no explanation or help. If “no returns” is truly the policy, it should be clearly posted for all customers to see. Otherwise, it feels like they are picking and choosing when or who they allow returns for. As a loyal customer, she deserved respect and transparency. Instead, the lack of professionalism and unclear policies left her feeling completely dissatisfied.

5 /5 Jennifer Erwing: Chick Elm is one of the most accomplished cowboy. He chose and crafted the hat for my husband. He is a gentleman and very humble. His store carries ample of western wear with helpful staff.
