5 /5 Cari Rivera: I dont know all of what they changed but KEEP IT UP! I normally love Charlotte Russ back home in NY but ever since I Moved here, my experiences and selection of clothing was always poor. Shopping today I noticed some really cute Nightmare before Christmas pajama pants and decided to give it another try. I was not disappointed. The customer service was 10/10. The clothing selection has been upgraded to a 10/10. The cleanliness was a 10/10. Even cashing out was a 10/10. Whoevers in charge of ordering needs a raise. Lol If you havent been in recently, go check it out. 10/10 recommend and its back on my list of places to shop!

4 /5 Lillian Liu: this is the first time I’ve visited this place and I love this place! got some pants there today and they were awesome only thing is that there’s was only one cashier and the line was pretty long but it went by fast great place recommend coming here if your planning to.

1 /5 Kim Wilson: Maybe I’m bias because I work in the hospitality industry or maybe this is just the new way of life but not receiving a greeting or even “is there anything I can help with” after being in the store for over 20 minutes just doesn’t sit right with me. Again; it could just be me but just checking on people as they shop or just acknowledging that they came into the store would be nice

1 /5 V M: Employees lack basic customer service, no surprise since it is Killeen. They forgot the security tag the first time they checked me out, i went back and didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience-the girl barely said a word to me..seems like she lacks common sense if she can’t even apologize to a customer for making me come back for something that was their fault.

1 /5 Y. Brooks: The hours say 10am, but the gate was still down and the ladies were inside at 11am. When I tried to ask if they were open, I got attitude. Definitely feels like “time stealing”.
