5 /5 D.J Arambula: Kris and Patricia both took time to help me with a very complicated order. I was very surprised with their patience and commitment to customer service. They definitely made me a customer for life. I went back again a few days later and Felix took care of me and provided me the same kind of customer service. This store has a really good team and I will gladly recommended all my friends and family to shop at Tillys.

2 /5 Adam Rosenthal: This place has an alright selection of stuff but I hated looking for anything here and ended up just leaving because I was bothered so much by the employees. Theres a fine line between being helpful and harassment,​ they easily cross the line into harassment. When I commented about it, someone said, "we value great customer service". I wouldnt consider what they were doing great customer service. Some people just want to be left alone and the employees here need to pick up on that and respect it.
