1 /5 Kevin Pruett: I hate giving Cavenders one star.Because love the cloths prices great but i wanted to get somebodys attention in the upper management . Tasha manager answered my question on the phone When i came in i took the time to wait on her so she would get the sale she took care of us tell my 11 year granddaughter got into the dressing im walking around look at shirts i see her walk out the door to leave for lunch . I went up to the conter to ask what was going on and they told me that she left for lunch becuase if they dont the miss lunch . All she had to do was walk us up to the conter and check us out. Did say why she was leaving just walked out. I ask the other manger if that was normal she said yes they have ti leave . I said in the middle of a sale ? She said yes and walked of her name is Payton Payton Do with this what u can really dont want to drive to Channelview

1 /5 Gisela Gonzalez: I don’t usually post reviews but I just want to say today 12-04-26 I experienced the worse service at Cavenders from a young lady that I wish I would’ve caught her name, she was wearing a brown vest with a white shirt she was opening shift. anyway we went in to return work boots that I bought for my husband we just needed a bigger size they didn’t have wear to them just because they got dusty from walking around trying to break them in but brand new 3 days from being bought, box , receipt everything needed for a return and she immediately said no just because she wanted too honestly felt more like it was racism because she did all this drama about not returning them just so we could go back and another employee took them stating nothing was wrong with them and ok to swap for the correct size and for that reason this cavenders has lost our service for having selective customer service to ppl of their preference.

5 /5 Myra Fernandez: A great friend we made in Arkansas originally from Texas Tommy Payne, told my son where he can get a George Strait cowboy hat since my son really liked his hat. First thing we did this morning was get up to go to the store and purchase the cowboy hat. Once entering we were greeted by Ana,Madison and Brittany. This store has a very big selection they have sales and clearance which is applied once it is scanned at the register. Ana was such a wonderful help my son asked her for everything he needed and she assisted him with such patience. We bought the cowboy hat and much more.
