1 /5 Randall Griffin: Outside of the pretty good customer service, it was okay. But I see why I hardly come in here and it’s for the reason of not being charged fairly. It safe to say that this is the last time I will be coming here for sure!

1 /5 Gissel: I really like this store, for example theyre having a 50 percent off winter sale. Unfortunately its now been 3 times where the workers make me feel bad and I cant deny they are being racist towards me. I send over $300 when I go and would love for the workers to treat me with respect. I had a receipt thrown at me and make zero eye contact. A cashier disappeared in middle of transition for over five minutes with no explanation. Im never greeted when I come in and Ive seen white people greated right away. Today I ask a male associate for help and he told me he could not help me.... I stood there baffled. I try to brush it off but this is a reoccurring thing.

5 /5 Kenneth Wagner: This is a terrific Western wear store with very reasonable prices. I went there asking to have my felt cowboy hat and a straw hat reshaped. The young man working the "hat bar," Wyatt; was very professional. He brushed and cleaned my felt hat and reshaped it and the straw hat perfectly. There was no charge for the service but tipping was allowed and well deserved. I will be back.

5 /5 Giselle Damian: We’ve visited this location from time to time. People are always helpful and ready to ask if you need assistance. Wyatt helped my husband with a hat and we couldn’t be happier with the service. We went with a Stenson. Wyatt knew his stuff and knew what colors and style to recommend. Super chill and nice guy. Had some great fashion recommendations too.

5 /5 C Hernandez: Staff was extremely helpful in locating correct style and size of boots for my granddaughter. She also needed a new belt, and left happy and ready for the rodeo.
