1 /5 Samantha Tucker: You guys are sorry excuse for a team , 3 people on registers checking out one person , a manger running around doing who knows what and 2 people on the front aisle stocking snacks. You mean to tell me you can’t use your brain to use one person to open fitting rooms so your paying customers can try on clothes, pathetic and you tell me your short staffed. Get a better manager who can delegate tasks better

3 /5 Diana Galvan: There is no doubt you can find some pretty awesome deals at Burlington. If you pair that with there friendly , helpful service one should have a wonderful Shopping experience . Theres a drawback to the one in Harlingen though, No dressing rooms! Its been close to a year or maybe a little longer that one has to guess if its going to fit or face having to come back a second time for a return. I know I just shouldnt shop there but Im always hopeful that they will have the fitting room open. Ive heard everything from the lady is out to lunch, the dressing rooms will not be opened and we dont know how long, and we had to close them due to theft. Whether or not its any of those excuses its annoying. Well the going back to return an item/s in a timely manner or lose your money is at least to me.

1 /5 Npc Civilian: I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable shopping. Everywhere I went either a worker or security followed constantly watching me as I shop. Ridiculous, I understand that there’s rats but I don’t need to steal a 10$ item.

1 /5 jorge cruz: Dont find any reason why the fitting rooms are not open during the time that the store is open. It was better before!! If its a new manager its not working out!! Long lines, dressing rooms have certain days and times. Personally wouldnt go back again.

5 /5 Maria Garcia: So many nice things, clearance on purses , wallets, tote bags. Coats but couldnt find my size. Many items to choose from.
