4 /5 Neal Berkowitz: Mostly clothing but actually a bit of everything. No real order to the clothing, sizes were all mixed up, nothing was on the right size hanger, lots of one off items,but the prices were incredible. $175 Van tennis shoes for $35. Only 1 in the size we needed, but it was there. Home decorations, accessories, packaged candy and cookies. In short a bit of everything if you are willing to do some digging and dont want specific items.

5 /5 Anthony Crafts: I had an excellent experience at this Burlington! The store was well-organized, clean, and easy to shop in, with a great variety of clothing, shoes, and home essentials at affordable prices. Everything was easy to find, and the checkout process was smooth. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. After I finished shopping, I was assisted by Roy, who went above and beyond to make sure my visit ended on a positive note. He was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about providing great service. Roy took the time to answer my questions, helped me with my items, and made sure I left completely satisfied with my shopping experience. I’ve visited several Burlington locations, including the one in Richardson, but this store has definitely been the best experience by far. The staff here is friendlier, the store feels more organized, and the overall atmosphere is much more welcoming. It’s rare to find such attentive and dedicated employees these days, and Roy truly deserves recognition for his excellent attitude and commitment to great service. Because of his help, I’ll definitely be returning to this Burlington location and recommending it to others. Thank you, Roy, for your professionalism and for making this the best Burlington experience I’ve had!

2 /5 Pavan Kodali: I had my first negative experience at this location today. Around 4:45 PM, my wife and I were standing near the checkout area by the perfume section, having a normal conversation. We were discussing an ottoman that needed to be returned and the fact that an associate had told us they normally do not accept returns, however, because we had not left the parking lot, they agreed to process the return. At the same time, my wife was trying to determine whether she had misplaced her wallet or left it at home. While we were having this conversation, a store detective (a white male) came directly over to where we were standing. He appeared to browse the perfume section, but it was clear he was closely watching my wife, which immediately annoyed us and made both of us feel uncomfortable. We were not engaging in any suspicious behavior. My wife was simply shopping, placing items in the cart and taking photos of items she liked, which she regularly does as a content creator. Taking photos while shopping is common and should not be treated as suspicious behavior. My wife was wearing a hoodie, but that alone should not warrant being singled out or monitored. The situation felt unnecessary and inappropriate, and it came across as racial profiling. Neither of us was doing anything wrong, and we should be able to shop without feeling targeted or judged. It was completely ridiculous. Because the continued staring made us so uncomfortable, we decided to check out earlier than planned and leave the store to avoid any potential confrontation. This completely disrupted our shopping experience. This interaction was unacceptable. We simply want to shop in peace without being made to feel uncomfortable or profiled. I would like to reach out to the owner or management to discuss this matter further.

1 /5 Y2K Girl: My experience at this Burlington location was uncomfortable. While shopping and waiting near checkout, I felt unnecessarily watched, despite doing nothing wrong. It took away from what should have been a normal, stress-free visit. Customers should be able to shop without feeling singled out.
