2 /5 Rachel McCord: Usually have a great experience at the Longview location however tonight (8/12/23) I encountered a super rude staff member. I came in around 8:15 pm and while I was browsing, a worker walked by. I briefly asked her what time the stored closed because she was loudly knocking on the mens fitting room doors to try to get customers out of them. She looked at me and said in a rude tone, "10. But Im not trying to be here all night." I looked at my watch, thanked her and continued shopping. I tried on a few shirts around 8:40. There were some other people in the fitting rooms on the womens side and a few other doors were opened. I had tried one shirt on and there was a quick knock at the door and before waiting for a response, she started unlocking the door. I spoke up, "Im in here! Are your fitting rooms closed??" She stopped unlocking the door, said nothing, and walked away.I chalked it up to an accident, finished up and finished browsing the store around 9:15 p.m. (still 45 minutes before she listed was their close time). The worker was in the process of sweeping the main floor near the womens shirts in the front, saw me looking at some products at the front and said loudly (not speaking in my direction but I was the only customer in the front of the store at that time) "No one should even be out shopping right now. Like why are you here? Go home. Ugh." At that point, I was super annoyed. I get having a bad day at your job or getting annoyed if a customer tries to come in right before closing but I was there well before the time they closed and it is super inappropriate for a worker to speak like that to and around customers. Disappointed with my experience tonight. However, the other 2 girl workers who were but that other one made for an unpleasant experience.
