1 /5 jennifer pearce: The employees here are the worst we went shopping here tonight and there was probably about 20 people in line with one cashier checking out people another cashier was just leaning against the register talking not helping check out customers at all and then there was another employee walking around doing nothing but push carts up to the front and seeing all the people in line they just walked away and left poor Marvin all by himself. We said something numerous times to the employees just doing nothing and even called the store and Diane answered and said that shes about to go home and shes not checking anyone out after she stood up at the front doing nothing for about 15 minutes. Worst customer service ever never in my life have I been in a store were they dont care about customer service at all. I will be calling corporate

5 /5 Mrs.5star: I found some nice stuff and wanted to keep shopping but had no time was on my work break so had to get back to work but here are a few things I got I like shopping you never know what youre going to find

4 /5 Victoria Green: No matter your age or size, Ross, has the latest trends at affordable cost. Offering name brand clothing, shoes, accessories, beauty products, home decor, pet supplies, novelty items, plus tons more. They have plenty of dressing rooms and the staff is super nice and willing to help. Often I find items at Ross that I have not seen elsewhere. Plenty of parking and cashiers.

2 /5 Judeah Brown: Decent store with a nice selection and decent prices. My reason for the 2* review is the fact I walked into the store and grabbed the first cart which wasn’t a Ross cart. So about 20-30 seconds into my visit I’m approached by 2 staff members who inform me that they’d have to ask me to use a Ross cart in their store. Seeing I have kids they wanted to inconvenience me to walk all the way back to the front and get their cart but couldn’t be bothered enough to bring a cart to exchange it with if it was a big deal. But my question is why was a bealls cart in your store if you’re standing near the carts why not remove it to resolve this issue? Not that big of a deal but the staff went out of their way to make me change the cart then went on about their way leaving the cart in the store….
