5 /5 April Turner: Ordered some Addictive Desert Design bumpers and Rigid color changing lights for my Raptor as well as the Amp Research Vision Steps and some rock lights. And last minute I added on a dash cam. The truck turns heads everywhere we go and I get asked about the aftermarket additions regularly. Charlie kept in communication with me and made some excellent recommendations to help me decide. He and the owner Donnie have great taste in accessories and were extremely knowledgeable! They also kept me up to date letting me know how long I was gonna have to wait for backordered parts. What I wanted was very specific so I was willing to wait a few weeks for everything to come in. I had a vision for my truck and they made it come to life. Excellent workmanship and everything was done super clean. Thank you BCTO team!

1 /5 L: Would not recommend ANYONE using this facility. The owner knowingly puts on faulty equipment and when trying to fix the equipment dents the vehicle. Then when it’s brought to their attention and given SIX TIMES to make it right the owner claims it’s my mother in law’s fault even though he admits to it being faulty when put on. Takes no ownership for the poor craftsmanship they produce

5 /5 Cameron: After installing a suspension lift kit on my tacoma I needed an alignment and new set of tires mounted. They did a great job, took their time to get the alignment right, even with my aftermarket a-arms. They have excellent equipment and knowledge. Very thankful they were here!

1 /5 Slade Baker: Got a 3" lift kit installed, the spring coils had a bow in them. I took it back and their response was "thats just how they are" took it elsewhere and they are doing everything to help me find a solution. Fender well protective cover was also installed improperly causing it to rub against my tire.. I recommend somewhere else. They just dont seem to care or have pride in their work.
