5 /5 sarah lynn: This is a great place to shop; there sells are insane in the best way possible I will be coming back more often! There employees are very helpful and welcoming I love a chit chat at the register not a stare down competition and their employees have not failed me on that one, very talkative and kind some parents need this after a long day! I suggest you shop here especially for lower income families!!

1 /5 Jennifer Preuss: Absolutely lazy employees. I called before I drove 40 minutes to this location to see if there were any sizes or styles the store was not currently purchasing. The very friendly girl (Joanna) let me know they were currently buying all sizes and seasons. So I washed, dried, and re-inspected everything I planned to sell, and loaded it all up. Once I got to the store, I signed in and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I thought that was a little odd, because I’ve sold many times at other locations at it always takes about 1 hour. Sure enough 15 minutes later, they said it was ready. Of the 3 totes of clothes, new shoes, and new toys, they offered to purchase 25 items and pay me $36. No problem, they have every right to decide what they want to purchase. Where I have a problem is that the remaining items were just thrown around into the bins, and many of the items had not been looked at, which was evident by the way, they were stacked in the exact same order I had stacked them when packing them up. Why even bother telling people that you will purchase items if you’re not even going to look at the items? Again, I don’t mind if they had looked at the items I brought in and decided not to purchase. But they clearly just shuffled through the boxes, tossed items around, and then shoved them all back into the totes. (Who treats someone else’s items that carelessly?!) Then, I asked about a baby swing that had 2 different prices listed. One was a large barcoded sticker pricetag on the inside of the swing showing $35. The other was a handwritten tag showing $50 that was attached by cable ties to the top of the swing. When I asked about the 2 different prices, the girl said “it’s $50. The sticker probably came off another item.” No it didn’t. It clearly said “swing” and was firmly stuck on to the inside of the swing. Whether it was an error or not, they should have honored the price! I’m not the type to throw a fit, I’ll just purchase elsewhere. But between the laziness of the employees and the pricing error they were not willing to honor (and make it right to the customer!) the entire process was a huge waste of time.

1 /5 jennifer jones: I’ve shopped at this Pearland location many of times, but unfortunately, I’ve had repeated issues that I felt needed to be shared. On several occasions, I’ve purchased clothing items that had holes caused by the placement of the price tags right through the fabric in delicate areas. I brought this to the staff’s attention on two occasions, hoping they’d take it seriously, but I was met with disinterest. The only response I received was that I could "talk to the owner." There was no apology, no acknowledgment, and no effort to correct the issue or prevent it from happening again. I haven’t had this problem at other locations like Katy, where the staff seems more attentive and the items are tagged with care. I’d recommend shopping at one of the other locations until this one improves how they handle concerns and merchandise.

1 /5 Ruby Ontiveros: Selling here is hit or miss and just depends on who’s working unfortunately. Most of the time the clothes I take in are brand new with tags or my kids only got to wear them twice max and they still don’t accept them. Clothes from carters, target, H&M, but you’ll see clothes from Temu on the racks ?? I’m not sure what the process is when picking clothes but it clearly doesn’t make sense since a lot of people deal with this. I’m convinced they don’t even look through the whole thing because it only takes 5 minutes before they text me that my clothes are ready. You would think with all the bad reviews about selling the manager would do something about it but I guess it’s the least of their concerns.

1 /5 AT Pearland Manager: It’s unbelievable how at this place they offer you almost nothing for your clothes or toys. I brought in two brand-new LEGO sets and they offered me $3 for each one, only to later sell them for $25, making over a 1000% profit. It’s absurd. I’m never coming back — I’m just waiting for the other store in Pearland to open so I never have to return here again.
