1 /5 Brandy Beene-Hardy: They had no customer service at all and did not want to make a sale. They were more interested in talking. I would not recommend this place at all. Red head that was working was very rude and when asked about sizes was NO help .

5 /5 Keira Hernandez: Cynthia and Anthony were so nice, helpful, and quick to offer any and all assistance when needed ! Thanks to them, I had a great first experience shopping at Boot Barn and will definitely have to stop by there again !

2 /5 Sam: Was treated poorly but the assistant manager. He was extremely rude. The original associate helping us was very nice and tried to go above and beyond to help us, however due to the poor decision making of the assistant manager and how he treated us we will not be returning.

5 /5 ashanti reynolds: I took my family to the boot barn in Brownwood Texas from the time we walked we were all greeted. Tressa helped us dress my 12 year old from head to toe . Trying many things so we only had to go to the dressing room once. Tressa even went to the back to find him short sleeve pearl snaps shirt and a black cowboy hat. Thank you so much boot barn teresa went above and beyond. The customer service we received was amazing. Definitely be shopping here more.

1 /5 John Young: Just like any other clothing store Im 230 lb 62 pretty popular size couldnt find any in the store couldnt even find the same brand I was looking for and they said it was exclusively in their store. Also walk around for 5 minutes or 10 looking through everything and nobody even suggested help. This is why I just buy online cuz you can only find sizes like this online and nobody wants to help you when you get in the store anyway.
