1 /5 Wayne/Sierra Carroll: Bought a $1k scope here 11/29. On 11/30 I took it to range and about 20 rounds later the reticle twisted in the body of the scope. Shop owner told me they don’t warranty or exchange scopes once they’ve been mounted. Told me to go through Vortex for the warranty. $1k scope and less than 24 hours and they couldn’t swap it out and handle the warranty claim. I don’t live in town so now I’ll have to wait until I get home, 3-4 weeks and get it sent in. Feel like could’ve taken care of the warranty and stood behind the product they’re selling. Seems like to me they made their money off it and didn’t want the added hassle. Won’t be getting my business in the future. I’ll stick to the gun shop in Ackerly or Midland. The older gentleman, John, working there was great though at initial purchase, and he even mounted the scope on my firearm for me.

5 /5 Bobby: Wonderful place to stop in and get some gear for more than just guns and ammo! They have pool chemicals, fishing gear, backpacks, assorted T-shirts, holsters, and the list goes on and on. As soon as my wife and I entered the establishment we were greeted with genuine friendliness. The two gentlemen helped us find exactly what we needed and we will definitely return anytime we need anything in they provide as opposed to having to travel to Midland and face crazy highways! Highly recommended!
