1 /5 Edwin Gutierrez: I had a terrible experience exchanging some small sneakers I bought yesterday. I told the saleswoman yesterday that if they didnt fit, I could come back and exchange them. Today I ran into the same saleswoman who helped me, and she was very kind. However, her manager came out and was rude to us. My daughter was with my brother, and when he tried to help, she told me not to interfere in the conversation, that she was only going to talk to me, saying the sneakers were damaged, which wasnt true. I thought that as the manager, she should be more professional, but she wasnt. The saleswoman who helped us was much nicer. Ive been a customer of this store, and because of this bad experience, I will never come back and I wont recommend the store because of people like her.
