H-E-B - Burnet (TX)

2 /5 Holly Robinson: I usually love HEB, but over the last month, the quality of the Burnet HEB produce has plummeted! Moldy raspberries and strawberries, beat up avocados, shriveled eggplant and bell peppers. I have had to start driving to the Marble Falls HEB because they have fresh produce. I understand that with produce, theres a certain amount of food waste, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I just want my kids to have healthy greens and fruit. Not mold.

5 /5 Junie Jones: I just went to the Burnet HEB expecting long lines and empty shelves as so many of us are preparing for this weather event. Although the store was full of customers, it was also fully staffed and well-stocked. There was no wait at checkout as every register was open. The HEB team members were focused, efficient and helpful. Thank you, thank you for your hard work!

1 /5 Tammy Tedder: I will never shop at this Bertram location again. The first time I was there I told the check out girl I wanted to bag my own groceries but she wouldnt allow me to. The boy bagging my groceries was putting things like potato chips and laundry soap in the same bag. I just dealt with it but on future trips I just went to self checkout even though I had over the amount of items I was allowed to have. Terry was usually there and he was always kind and understanding. Today, Thursday December 4th. I went to the self checkout and yes I did have way over the amount allowed. I walked up to the checkout furthest away so I would be a bit out of the way. There was a girl employee sitting there and I asked her if I could have that location. She said no that I had over the amount allowed and I expressed to her I didnt like how they bag my groceries and prefer to bag my own. She once again said no that I would cause the line to back up and she attempted to grab the front of my cart and turn me around. I once again told her I dont like how they bag my groceries. At that point she said fine and walked away. I finished my business and when I went to pay I hit a wrong button and turned around to ask the boy there how to correct it. The girl walked up and said no, no absolutely not. Apparently because I wanted to bag my own groceries I wasnt allowed any assistance. The boy did reluctantly tell me how to correct it and I paid. I turned around as I was leaving to thank him and he actually grunted at me. I asked him if he was seriously grunting at me and he just walked away. I work too hard for my money and I will no longer be spending it at this store!

5 /5 Kayla Knox: Found everything that was on my list an employee named Jessica helped me out and was a God send. I was a little short on moneybwith all these price changes and she helped and just said "pay it forward" so I am! Go visit this HEB and see how great their employees are.
