1 /5 Terri Patton: Had German guests shopping at your store today 9/6/16, ready to spend money. No one greeted them upon entering the store. This was the only store they entered and were not acknowledged in any way. One of the guests asked a female salesperson if they had any specials or sales going on. Was told no. Then about 60 minutes later they walked by the store again and a 30% off sign was recently added behind the t-shirts that they were interested in just an hour earlier.
