This is an amazing hiking spot just 10 minutes from downtown Fort Worth. Its pretty hilly, and because of that the trails get very muddy when it rains. The trail map is so inaccurate, its basically useless. Despite these faults, I have an amazing hike every time I come here. The views are picturesque and the trails are challenging but fun. If you enjoy being lost in nature just minutes from the city, this is your spot.
iFLY Indoor Skydiving - Fort Worth - Fort Worth Courtney Cantrella: What an awesome experience! My son is low on the spectrum for autism and has always had sensory issues. This was definitely a sensory overload but the flight instructor, Cat, was RAD! She was completely aware of his nervousness, didnt push him to do anything that made him uncomfortable and checked in with me before she took him up high. She took it slow enough he wasnt overwhelmed, but made it a fun enough...and a little daring enough....to make my kid want to come back again! We bought him a pass so he can come back and hes already watching her jump videos on YouTube. Its safe, fun, you dont get the sensation of falling, and ask for Cat! Shes knowledgeable and just has a great sense of peoples skill level. I dont get credit or anything like that for this review! Just super grateful my kid (who is afraid of everything) got to experience something so thrilling and it be a GOOD memory! Thanks Cat and iFly team!
