Spent 400$ for nothing I had asked her if she can do the color i want and she said yes and after 6-7 hrs she said it might not be the same but i still said thats fine but at the end my hair wasnt even closer to what i wanted.But I still tipped her good and even made a follow up appointment in a month and half . The next day i texted her and asked if we could do atleast make some changes in my hair because my hair looked the Same as my natural hair. And then she blocked me in instagram . Do you block all customers that arent satisfied with their results?
