I love that I can have an actual conversation without all of the noise. Very clean and does an excellent job. Jamie is their massage therapist who does an amazing job and the prices are good. I would totally recommend BWB

3 /5 Kathleen McIlvaine: I have to say that this rating is not because of the hairstylist. Every time that I went to get my hair done, I was very pleased. Laurie was so accommodating and talented. My concern is the lack of communication. I tried on several occasions to schedule an appointment. Each time I left a message. No one ever returned my calls. On my last message I said " If I do not hear back, I guess you do not need my business." Sadly, I decided to go to another salon.

Mandi Mort: When I walked through the doors of Salons by JC, I was in the middle of a full on hair emergency! I was away from home and was praying for someone to fix my hot mess mop! As soon as I saw the "Walk-in s Welcome" sign, I slammed on the brakes. The receptionist was phenomenal and not once made a comment about the disaster on top of my head. She was so helpful and even called stylists to see if they could help! Emily came from home in and in less than 1/2 an hour, she converted my disaster into a super cute, trendy, and professional style! Thank you Salons by JC and Emily!

Samantha Hartman: Love love love this salon! I’ve had some disastrous results with other salons/stylists in the past which made me apprehensive to try coloring my hair again. All of those reservations went out the window when Madison worked her magic on my hair! I’ve seen her about three times now and this last time was my absolute favorite result. Asked for a bit of pink to make my blonde feel more fun and she made a wonderful recommendation to add it underneath. Needless to say I am in love and will probably continue this coloring style for quite a while! I highly recommend this salon, each and every stylist is outstanding and really listens!

Lily Gómez: So I called the salon to ask about the price for the bridal service that was makeup and hair style. They told me that the price for both jobs was $140. The price was good for me. I liked the job that they did.The reason that I didnt leave the 5 star was that the amount that they charged me was very different from what they told me. It was almost $180 . I didnt had time to ask about the big difference in the price because i was already late for my big day.

Kathleen Nolen: I have been going to William Edge since 2011. You can consistently expect a quality service every time you walk into the salon! Always a friendly greeting and an offer of something to drink. The displays of products and gift packages are always inviting. It is a very comfortable environment. Sarah is my current stylist. She is so sweet and gentle and puts me at ease. My color and cut/style came out awesome as usual. She always asks how the color and cut are working out for me and if there are any adjustments Id like to make. She is so great to work with. There are so many talented people that work there and it is very evident that they have high standards of training and excellence in the care that they give to their clients. Easy to get to and plenty of parking!
