5 /5 Kathleen Nolen: I have been going to William Edge since 2011. You can consistently expect a quality service every time you walk into the salon! Always a friendly greeting and an offer of something to drink. The displays of products and gift packages are always inviting. It is a very comfortable environment. Sarah is my current stylist. She is so sweet and gentle and puts me at ease. My color and cut/style came out awesome as usual. She always asks how the color and cut are working out for me and if there are any adjustments Id like to make. She is so great to work with. There are so many talented people that work there and it is very evident that they have high standards of training and excellence in the care that they give to their clients. Easy to get to and plenty of parking!

Although I consider myself pretty low maintenance, I do enjoy having blonde in my hair. I typically provide her with a general idea of any color or cut changes I’m considering, often leaving the final decisions in her capable hands, and she consistently surpasses my expectations. As someone who struggles with styling my own hair, I greatly appreciate how she always cuts it in a way that makes it easy for me to manage at home. Additionally, Alicia has done my makeup for several occasions, and the compliments I receive are overwhelming; it’s almost hard to believe how different, but still me I look!
