Miriam was a true angel. She’s friendly and inviting. She is extremely knowledgeable about hair care and products to bring my hair back to life. I noticed a complete 180 difference in the look and feel of my hair by the time I left the salon! I left smiling and so did my hair!!

I happen to be visiting family while in Houston and was lucky enough to get an appointment with Casey Clay. Elizabeth Wise: This used to be a great store with amazing customer service. Today i took my daughter in the store and was 1st treated like a criminal, 2nd the man was very short tempered with us. Although they did not have the correct fit he blantantly told me we could not try on anything else because he obviously doesnt have her size. Also he accused her of putting a stain on a dress that she already awknoledged with us and which he heard was there.
This place just lost my buisness and every other person who asks about dresses will never be sent here again.
Latenzia Juneau-Price: Derrick has been my hair stylist for 5+ years and has NEVER disappointed me. I absolutely LOVVVVE his quality of work and how he knows exactly what I need without me even telling him. Hes the best !!
Priscilla Pompa: I received the best haircut from Robbie. I believe long haircuts and color on brunettes are his specialty. Ive been to him several times and he always does such a wonderful job. The salon employees were welcoming and the salon itself has a nice aesthetic and atmosphere. I appreciated my services were done with great care from the hair wash, to the cut, to the blow dry. Nothing was rushed and made me feel valued as a client.
Mo: Great service every visit and reasonable prices! I have been going to Mika for a few years and I not only enjoy the experience I love her work. She is very talented and knowledgeable about her craft. I have had color and relaxers and my hair is still healthy ☺️ which is very rare at a lot of black salons. Im never there longer than 3 hours which I appreciate as being a busy mom on the go. I highly recommend this salon!
Pretty Prettygirl: I received three bundles of hair, and when I went to the hairdresser, she installed two of them. However, as she started installing the third bundle, she asked if I had used the bundles before. I told her no, that I had just purchased them. It turns out they sold me used bundles, and they refused to take responsibility or show any accountability. They even lied, claiming they only source their products from a warehouse. But would a warehouse really supply dirty and old hair tracks?
I’m going out of town tomorrow, so I had no choice but to get my hair done, but I’m extremely upset that they sold me used bundles. They clearly don’t care about their customers and only take advantage of them.
A K: I initially wanted a haircut at Salon Kawi to fix a bad cut from a previous salon but the owner, Peter, recommended the only way to fix my hair the way I wanted was to trim it more and perm it. Me being open to trying new styles and having some free time, I went with his recommendation. Three hours later... We went from straight flat thinning hair to a natural wavy perm to give my hair some volume and texture. Im still getting use to post-care but so far, its been really easy to maintain and style. I love it. Thank you, Peter!
Camden Coyle: Olga Leon does amazing work! I have been going to her for a few years now after looking for a good stylist for a long time. She listens to what you want and gets it right with great attention to detail. I am always happy with my hair style and I always get compliments afterward.
