3 /5 elisha Mc: I recently visited Waco Family Medicine Pharmacy and would like to express my gratitude for their service to the community. The facility is beautiful, and it is clear that significant effort has gone into creating a welcoming environment. However, I would like to suggest a potential process improvement for the pharmacy to better serve patients. During my visit, I observed individuals who appeared to have difficulty standing for extended periods waiting in line, only to be directed to the drop-off window and then required to wait in line again. I noticed that two windows were dedicated to drop-off services. It may be helpful to designate one of those windows for patients picking up medications after already waiting in line. Additionally, clear signage directing patients with physician-called prescriptions to proceed directly to the drop-off window could help streamline the process and reduce unnecessary waiting times. 5 /5 Tyler S: I want to give a big shoutout to Dr. Cover at Waco Family medicine. He is absolutely the best doctor I have had. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients. He does everything in his power to help solve your medical issues whether you have insurance or not. Every time I go to the doctor, my anxiety is always through the roof in the waiting room and waiting by myself in the exam room. The second that Dr. Cover walks through the door, my anxiety begins to dissipate. He has such a kind, empathetic heart and smile. The first thing he does is shake my hand, gives me a gentle and welcoming facial expression and asks me how am doing. He listens intently with a look of concern as you tell him about your struggles. He is so helpful and reassuring. Most doctors just want to get you in and out whether your problems are solved or not, or they just prescribe you something that’ll make you docile but addicted and dependent. In the exam room, Dr. Cover called a neurologist and waited on hold to make sure that I got in as soon as possible. I have never had a doctor put that much effort and give-a-damn into helping me. I don’t know whether Dr. Cover is a man of God or not. However, whether he knows it or not, he is 100% doing the Lord’s work. God bless you Dr. Cover!

1 /5 Marissa Dolan: I have been trying to reach someone in regards of my patient experience. I have called 5 times and and left messages to a "Shana" and received NO CALL BACK within the WEEKS Ive been calling. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism with this clinic. It feels like the they just have this voice message set up so that it seems like they care about their patients experience but dont.

1 /5 Lizbeth Crespo: Unprofessional front desk staff, always have an attitude, I don’t know if that’s how they greet everyone but I certainly had bad experiences. I would change doctor but unfortunately this is the only place I got close by. Also every time I call to see if I can get my next prescription they say they need to fax the one who writes the prescription even tho I’ve been having it for a whole year already and they take forever to approve it.
