What Clients Are Saying about Vida City Church Houston (on GG)
5 /5 Thelma Rose Oxley: Great experience and can feel Gods presence in the midst of the whole service!!!
5 /5 Senovia Martinez: As a soon to be official member of this Church there so many things to say about it. It goes beyond saying that everyone is treated like and as family. You are accepted from the moment you are greeted. This for me is not a church but a home away from home.
5 /5 Lani: I went to the church for a while and it was amazing. For the people who dont know this, this is a spanish church with a bit of English speakers.
5 /5 K. Stenger: Spanish and English church. Went for the Easter Event and they were amazing and welcoming.
5 /5 Veronica Mira: Love this church! I feel the presence of the holy spirit here.
Keelan Cook: Full disclosure: Im a member of this church. But, that means I can provide more than just a review of a Sunday service.
I know the leadership and a great deal of the community here, and I can say its an excellent church. My family has served here for several years now, and we have grown to love these people. The church strikes a great balance of grace and truth, is clear in its message, and firmly rooted in the Bible. Yet, they are intensely people-focused. They love on visitors and work hard to incorporate new people. Its ironic, but in a city as big as Houston its often so hard to find real, authentic community, a place of belonging. Neartown does a good job of fostering that kind of connection with others, centered in Christ.
If youve just moved into the area and are looking for a solid church, firmly rooted, and also a fun community, you should give this one a try. Or, if you dont consider yourself a Christian, but youre looking for something that offers hope, Neartown is a great place to start that journey.
KC Mitch: Amazed at the Christmas tree service. We were in town to visit family and we’re absolutely WOWed. The time they put into the service was amazing. What a great church also. Friendly people and the pastor gets everyone involved. We will be back when we come back into town. Thank you all.
Cristina Salmeron: Bible teaching, friendly and sincere church. Diverse group of people. Pastors and staff truly care about knowing Jesus and making Him known to others. Everyone is welcome!
Liz: The priest made inappropriate passive aggressive comments about me at my mothers funeral because I did not feel up to speaking at the eulogy. My mother had just died and I have not slept in days. I did not need or want my pain out on display. He chose to be judgemental in the hour that I needed kindness. Do better.
Adrian DeLaFuente-King: I must say that for a while I searched for a church where the pastor wasnt yelling at us, where I was accepted, where no politics were discussed, and where you can come amd feel welcomed. This is it. The pastor and the people are very welcoming. You can actually feel the holy ghost moving in this church. They have so many activities for which I like. They really accept you. Music is always good, and the preaching right on target. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this Clearpoint Church. Im so looking forward to April 13th. Where they welcome anyone you bring or who comes in and will treat them to a BBQ and Easter egg hunt. Sounds exciting and I cant wait.
