1 /5 Lauren Castillo: recently visited this nail salon and was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite paying for a manicure that included a massage and hot stones, I received neither. I got a gel manicure, which usually lasts a long time, but I woke up the next morning and both of my big toes were already worn off. To make matters worse, my partner also got their nails done, and honestly, a child could have done a better job. They did give a discount, but after waking up the next day to the sight of my big toe, I want a refund for it all. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.
And to also add, the tech spent over an hour doing a dip set and no time at all on the other services that were supposed to be provided for the MOST EXPENSIVE manicure on their service list.
I never complain, but it was my first time going there and I spent over $300 for literally no reason. Do not go there!!!!
